Inspired by the vintage WPA-era National Park Service posters and the travel posters of the early twentieth-century railroads, this poster design was the first illustrated piece I designed. This piece was produced for the National Parks of New York Harbor's Trails & Rails program during my internship with them my freshman year of college, and inspired me to join the graphic design program at St. John's.

During my Senior year, I expanded upon the first Trails & Rails poster from 2019, creating a series of posters in my Studio Seminar. This project was presented in a hand-made portfolio book complete with endpapers - a vintage New York Central System map circa 1900  (courtesy of the Library of Congress). The completed work was presented in a student show on April 25th, 2023 at St. John's University.
